At The Notley Arms, we aim to use local and seasonal ingredients where ever possible.

Our dishes include both traditional English food, and a hint of African cooking, with more imaginative dishes from around the world.

Our menu changes regularly, but usually includes some 'favourites' such as;

Exmoor Sirloin steak at £11.95

Fresh Chunky Cod with creamy mashed potato and a fresh lemon sauce £10.50

Somerset Lamb Shank braised in a redwine redcurrant jus, on a bed of Dijon mash with green beans. £10.75

Deerstalker Pie, made with Exmoor Venison and topped with a creamy mashed potato £8.95

For a more imaginative feel to our menu, we include 'Bobootie', an Afrikaans dish made with lightly curried lamb’s mince £8.95

West Country Ostrich Steaks £13.95

Chicken Teryaki served with stir fry vegetables and egg noodles. £9.25

Meditteranean Sea Bass en papilotte £11.50

Whole Cornish Red Mullet, baked with olive oil, Thyme and lemon. £12.50

Vegetarians are catered for on our menus, with dishes such as;
